How to Check the Status of an Estimate Request

On Mobile App

Tap the project card, then scroll down and check the status of your estimate in the Estimates section:

The status of your estimate can be:

  • New: An estimator has not been assigned yet
  • In progress: The estimate is currently being worked on
  • Done: The estimate is ready

If the estimator left a comment for your estimate, you can view it by tapping the estimate card and then tapping the speech bubble icon:

On Web Portal

Click the "Request estimate" button on the project card:

Check the status of your estimate:

The status of your estimate can be:

  • Done: The estimate is ready

If the estimator left a comment for your estimate, click the arrow icon on the right to expand the details:

Click the "View Estimator comment" button to read the comment:
