To change ownership of an active DocuSketch account, you will need to send the following to our support desk at help@docusketch.com:
Step 1:
- Emailed approval or consent from the previous owner.
- Current Username Email.
- New Username Email.
- Full Name of new owner.
- Contact Number.
Step 2:
- Once the details above are provided, an email will be sent to the new owner to agree to the current terms of service.
- Please note that an account manager may reach out to you to discuss your plan as well.
- We'll just need a written confirmation through email that you've read and agreed to the new terms of service.
Step 3:
- Kindly give us 24-48 hours to make the ownership switch for you.
- Once completed, an email will be sent confirming the ownership change.
Note: We may invite the new owner to an onboarding session to help them understand how to use the system effectively.
