How to change ownership of the account?

To change ownership of an active DocuSketch account, you will need to send the following to our support desk at help@docusketch.com:

Step 1:

  1. Emailed approval or consent from the previous owner. 
  2. Current Username Email
  3. New Username Email
  4. Full Name of new owner. 
  5. Contact Number.

Step 2:

  • Once the details above are provided, an email will be sent to the new owner to agree to the current terms of service. 
  • Please note that an account manager may reach out to you to discuss your plan as well. 
  • We'll just need a written confirmation through email that you've read and agreed to the new terms of service.

Step 3:

  • Kindly give us 24-48 hours to make the ownership switch for you. 
  • Once completed, an email will be sent confirming the ownership change. 

Note: We may invite the new owner to an onboarding session to help them understand how to use the system effectively.
