This segment unveils the inner workings of DocuSketch Subscription Plans, shedding light on their essential features and functionality.
Fees and Credits
Primarily, DocuSketch Subscription Plans encompass ongoing expenses designed to uphold uninterrupted access to the full suite of DocuSketch System offerings.
Within a subscription plan, you can anticipate the incorporation of the following key components:
- Base Fee
- Office Location
- Tour Credits
- Sketch Credits
Let's use the $379 Standard 5 Projects Pack as an example:
This entails that a subscription amount of $379 monthly recurring cost is required to maintain usage of the DocuSketch System. This means that one office location can be created under this subscription.
It allocates at least 5 tour uploads and up to 5 sketch credits throughout the duration of the subscription.
Sketch Credits Mechanics — A sketch credit is used for every 2500 square feet of a sketch. This means that a property of 5000 square feet would consume 2 sketch credits.
Overrages
Usage beyond the allocated tour uploads and sketch credits would merit additional costs and fee.
The costs usually differ depending on the kind of subscription you have. In our example above, additional tours and sketch credits would cost the following:
Other services
There are also other services such as the Scope of Work report generation and Estimates.
The Scope of Work report is generated by adding data through the DocuSketch App only.

Estimates are another service DocuSketch offers which is typically billed based on a percentage of the total cost of the Estimate. To learn more about our estimating feature, feel free to book a time with our estimate sales team.
