DocuSketch hardware warranty policy

Our goal is to deliver quality products to all our customers. Our team inspects and tests the quality and performance of each product before shipping. All hardware sales are final. DocuSketch° does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds outside of warranty guidelines.

Warranty coverage for Cameras

  • One (1) year after purchase date
  • Manufacturer warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship – Also Known as Manufacturing Defects
  • Manufacturer will repair manufacturing defects at no cost. HOWEVER, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the service center.

  • The manufacturer warranty does not cover:
    • Routine cleaning
    • Normal cosmetic and mechanical wear
    • Finishes
    • Batteries
    • Damages as a result of user misuse, accident, abuse, dirt, water, battery leakage and tampering
    • Services performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies

NOTE: Manufacturer warranty is void upon resale by unauthorized dealers.

Six month limited warranty is provided for

  • DocuSketch case
  • Tripod
  • LED Light

The warranty DOES NOT cover

  • Routine cleaning
  • Normal cosmetic and mechanical wear
  • Finishes
  • Batteries 
  • Damages as a result of user misuse, accident, abuse, dirt, water, battery leakage and tampering

This warranty is limited to repair of defects in material and/or workmanship. These repairs/replacements will be made at no charge to the customer. However all charges related to shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.



Important Disclaimer: The customer should contact our technical support team (help@docusketch.com) for verification if the product qualifies for a replacement. The customer must send pictures of the product as evidence that the product meets the requirements to be replaced. If the replacement request is approved, DocuSketch° will, at the discretion of Docusketch°, replace the product with a new or refurbished product or components if available. DocuSketch° also reserves the right to request the product be returned before a replacement is sent.

If products to be returned are not sent to the above address within 30 days from replacement arrival, an invoice will be issued for the replacement equipment that was shipped. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met. Upon inspection, if DocuSketch° determines the equipment does not meet the requirements for replacement, DocuSketch° will notify the customer of the problem and will issue an invoice for the newly shipped equipment. DocuSketch° has up to 30 days after office inspection to issue an invoice, if required.
