Estimate Сhat

Estimate Chat allows quick communication between estimators and the individuals in your organization responsible for project scopes. This feature is available on in the web portal and only for estimates that are "in progress."  The chat facilitates quick discussions and clarifications about any questions related to the estimate, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined process.

Open estimates for a project for which you have already requested an estimate by clicking "Request estimate" on the project card:

On the right-hand side of the requested estimates screen, there is an active chat field:

To send a message, type it in the “Type your message here”  box and click the "Send" button.

If you have an additional bid item or scoping document to include, such as asbestos and mold protocols, time and materials documentation, drying logs, TIC sheets, and other relevant files, click the "Choose your file" link to attach the document from your computer:
