Using the Scoping tool in the DocuSketch app
To begin this process, open up any room in your tour in which you would like to add scope of work. Find and tap the green "Add" button with the hammer icon.
A list of scope categories now opens. Select your first scope category by tapping to open:
Once you've opened a category, you will see additional selectors. Tap to make a selection here to refine by quality, activity codes and quantity:
Once scope notes have been added to a room, the "Add" tool becomes an "Edit" tool. There is an additional option to "Duplicate to..." which will allow you to duplicate selected scope notes to any and all rooms you choose:
Once scope notes are added to your tour, the "Duplicate from..." option also becomes available which allows you to copy scope notes into a selected room:
A green symbol with a hammer on the room card indicates a room in your tour which includes scope notes created with the scoping tool:
Scope of work can be reset any time by using the "Reset all" button:
Once you upload a tour that includes scoping information created with the scoping tool in the DocuSketch app, you will almost instantly receive an email with your scope notes in a Word document.
Note: there is a charge of $8-$10 to use this feature depending on your subscription.
