Note: Photos will take a little longer to capture. Note: HDR is only available in Single Shot Mode. ### When to Turn **HDR** **OFF** Turn **HDR** **OFF** if: - The room is already well-lit - Photos look “washed out” or too bright - You are shooting outdoors in full daylight If photos look overly bright or hazy, try turning HDR off and retake one test image. --- ### Camera Says Storage is Full / Won’t Take Photos On the DS1 Camera: Menu → Settings → Storage → Format SD Card → Confirm This will erase all images and files saved on the SD card. --- ### “Incompatible Camera” Message Log out of the DocuSketch app → Log back in → Reconnect to the camera Wi-Fi. --- ### Stitching Issues (Rooms Not Connecting Properly) If rooms are not stitching together correctly: - Tap on the images to check and validate. - If the images aren’t stitching (In fish-eye format), toggle the camera mode to photo mode. - Re-shoot the area if possible. Note: The camera may toggle to video mode each after each shot. Toggle the mode back to Photo mode on the camera’s LED Touch Screen. --- ### Important Reminder Before logging out or reinstalling the app, always upload any pending projects to avoid losing data.
