Download Sketch Files on the Web Portal and Mobile App

On Web Portal

When sketch for the tour you need is ready, find this tour in the web portal. Click on the "Download" button and download the sketch to your computer:

On Mobile App

To view sketches on the mobile app, first ensure that you have an internet connection. Open the DocuSketch mobile app and select the tour containing the desired sketches. This allows the app to download the necessary data for offline use.

Supported export formats include: PNG (with wall measurements, central measurements, or without measurements), ESX/FML (depending on sketch type), or all (combining PNG and ESX/FML in one archive).

To track the status of your sketches, look for badges on the tour screen. The status may be indicated as follows:

• Done: This badge indicates that the sketch is completed.
• In Progress: If the sketch is still being worked on, you'll see this badge.
• Rejected: This badge appears if the sketch has been declined or not approved.

On the tour screen under the Sketches section you can see important details such as sketch deadlines, sketch types and a visual representation of sketches:

Tap the "All sketches" button to zoom in and out on your delivered sketches and access all information about your tour sketches per floor level. 

To export your sketches per floor level, tap on the sketch. You will see several options, as shown below:
