      When you order a sketch via the mobile app or the web portal, you will receive an email that will include your order date and the delivery deadline consistent with your DocuSketch subscription level:

      When the sketch has been completed by DocuSketch and applied to your tour, you will receive another email. This email includes your order date. The delivery timestamp for your sketch is the same as the time stamp on the delivery email:
