This guide is to illustrate how to create additional user accounts.
Before proceeding, however, it is important to understand how the current Hierarchy or Group system works. Remember that only those with the Master, Main or Office Admin user account can create additional user accounts.
Please use this Admin Section Overview Guide as reference before proceeding.
Step 1:
Once logged into a Main or Office admin account, additional user accounts can be created by clicking on the "Admin" button in the banner:
You will get to the People page:
If there are no other accounts created yet, please remember to add an office user account before creating additional users. This is because Employee User Accounts must be assigned to an Office Account other than the Master User Account.
It is recommended to use a distribution type of email when setting up an Office Admin User. This is mainly because there can only be one Office Admin User per Office Group Cluster.
Example of Office Cluster:
Note that any jobs created under one Office Cluster cannot be viewed by other users unless the Master Account manually shares the tours to another office account user:
Step 2:
To add an office user account, simply click on the "Add Office" button:
Fill out the necessary details. Click "Create Office" when all required fields are filled out:
Note: Creating additional offices would incur additional base fee costs to the monthly invoice.
Step 3:
To add additional Employee User Accounts, simply click on the "Add Employee" button:
Fill out the required fields. Remember to assign the user to their respective Office User Account to place them under their corresponding Office Cluster:
It is recommended to enable "Allow Editing of Office Tours" for each employee user account. This enables employees to view and claim one another's tours, sketches and jobs and can be useful for updating existing jobs or adding timelines.
Click on "Create User" when done.
