Claim Summary

The Claim Summary of your project can be accessed in the DocuSketch Web Portal. Once in the Web Portal, click "Open 360°" on the project card: 

The Claim Summary screen displays and highlights any Cause of Loss Comments that have been created in your 360° tours.

Once the 360° tour is open, note that the Claim Summary can only be accessed in the Player mode. If the tour is toggled to the Editor mode, the Claim Summary is not available. Simply toggle back to the Player mode in the lower right corner of the screen:

Claim Summary can then be shown by clicking on the clipboard icon in the upper left corner of the screen. Clicking it will open up a view of the sketch that has been created for your loss (Note: A sketch must be generated to view the Claim Summary):

The sketch will be expanded and all Cause of Loss comment types will be shown to the right of the sketch. Cause of Loss comment types are noted with an exclamation symbol:

All other Comment types are also visible on the sketch. Hovering the mouse over any comment will display more information for that particular comment:

To view more information on the cause of loss comment, click on the "Go to the comment" button on the right side of the screen:

The player will open the tour to the 360° image on which that comment appears. The date and time stamp, comment and any comment photo that has been included can now be seen:
