Archiving Projects

Web Portal allows users to archive projects — hide them from the active projects list without deleting them.
Note: Archiving a project is not the same as deleting a project.
To archive a project, locate it in your active projects list, click the "More" button on the project card, and select "Archive:"
A warning window will pop up. Click “Archive” to proceed (note that the timelines will also be archived):
To view your archived projects, click "Show archived" on the active projects page:
If you are using the Owner account or an Office account, you can also view archived projects of your employees. Go to the "People" tab in the top navigation bar, find the user you are interested in, click the briefcase icon and select "Archived projects:"
To move an archived project back to the active projects list, click the "Move to active" button on its card:
A warning window will pop up. Click “Move” to proceed:
Note: If an Employee account does not see the "Archive" option under the "More" button, it means they do not have permission to archive projects. They must contact the Owner or Office account holder to request permission.
