Adding SOW to your tour

Scoping is another option you may wish to use prior to uploading your tour.

• Open any room in your tour in the DocuSketch app on your device.
• Scroll down to find the green button that has a hammer icon and says "Add".
• When you click this "Add" button, a list of scoping categories will open:

• Tap any category to open additional options for that category.
• Continue to drill down to add activity codes and quantities.
• Repeat this process for each scoping category you need and for every room that requires a scope:
  

• When you upload your tour, the scope notes you've added will also be uploaded.
• You will almost instantly receive an email with your scope notes attached in a Word document.
• There is a charge to use this feature, based on your DocuSketch subscription, of $8-$10 per tour.
